One of the most controversial film Udta Punjab is simply bold and to the point film. Interval sudhi to pin drop silence saathe audience ae film joi ane post interval to Bhookkaa j bolaavya. Though post interval it was bit slow but I liked the film Because of the subject and the honest performance by each and every actor. I personaly loved Diljit Dosanjh, Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor in their respective roles. Sharing my personal liking disliking quickly.

I Like the Most: Research and message of the film along with the Music and Outstanding performance.

I Hated the Most: Overdose of gaaliyan, Drama and darkness. (But unfortunately those were needed so can’t help it).

Best Scene: 1) Conversation between Tommy (Shahid Kapoor) and 2 Youngsters in the Jail. Simple liners like “Paise Nahi de rahi thi, Talab Lagi thi. Kya Karte?” Says a lot. 2) When Shahid and Alia Meets for the first time. 3) Diljit’s confession of his feelings to Kareena Kapoor Khan and many more.

Song I loved the most: Ikk Kudi sung by Diljit Dosanjh, Penned by Late Shri Shiv Kumar Batalvi and composed by Amit Trivedi.

Watchable or Not: Yes it’s a Must One time watch for Youth. People like me will face the language barrier but subtitles will help you to understand ki Baat kar rahe hai ya Gaaliya de rahe hai 😉
